Due to the digital nature of our product, all purchases are generally final. However, if you encounter a technical issue that prevents your image from being properly transformed, we offer a full refund if requested within 24 hours of your purchase.
To request a refund due to a technical issue, please contact our support team at support@dreamyfilter.com. Include your account email, the date of your purchase, and a description of the technical issue in your request.
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
